HOMSTAY - NOT HOTEL AND POOR SERVICE. DON'T STAY HERE

We booked a room for 02 people in 1 night and noticed that we would check-in overnight around 2-3am. When we arrived at the hotel, we realized that hotel is in the alley and its door were blocked by main entrance of the alley. When we called, there was a man of hotel answered us they won't allow us to check-in at that time and leave us on the street ignoring we told him that we got booking and informed our arrival time. That were the bad hotel in the world we have been experienced. Hotel staff were really rude.

I and my friends came we wanted to stay long at first but the service not clear. Everything the receptionist told free but later he asked for extra money. The floor was dirty, the toilet smells terrible. Find another hotel if you don't want to waste money even cheap

Right in the heart of the city, great value for money and good location. Including breakfast too which sadly we didnt get to have as we were ill. Certainly got to know the room and the endless classic film channels while recovering. The entrance is a tiny colourful allyway that may take you a moment to find, it looks like they own a few properties in this street too. Showers are hot, beds comfy and quiet considering how busy the road is, we didnt even use earplugs which is a regular occurance. Would certainly recommend.

We walked in off the street to book a room. The staff were very friendly and attended to our every need. The rooms were a bit small but made up for it with their cleanliness. The higher floors had an amazing view of the lake but be warned there is no elevator so you will be walking up the stairs everyday. The included breakfast was an added value. It is hosted by a cafe just down the street (not far at all) and has good selection. The hotel staff also helped us book an overnight cruise at Halong Bay. The price was reasonable and it was all very easy. Would stay here again!!
